The user-friendly Smart 2.0 has no moving parts of leavers with the lack of a mechanical interface the device weighs only 80g The auto-assisted braking has been redesigned for the Smart 2.0 a newly developed brake insert interacts seamlessly with the belay carabiner to block the climbing rope in appose to just assisting the braking. Operating on the tube principle with optimised geometry the smart 2.0 offers a convenient means of paying out and taking in rope. Consequently the device ideal for both top rope and lead climbing.
